VerStandig Broadcasting Standardizes on iMediaTouch

Winnipeg, MB – OMT Inc. (TSXV: OMT) announces that VerStandig Broadcasting will be standardizing its entire radio group on OMT’s iMediaTouch Digital Audio Delivery System. VerStandig Broadcasting will begin using iMediaTouch on all its radio stations in July 2005 and will utilize OMT’s Remote Voice Track application to share talent voice tracks between the clusters.

VerStandig Broadcasting owns and operates 10 radio stations between the Hagerstown/Chambersburg/Waynesboro - MD/PA market and Harrisonburg - VA market. WAYZ is the number one station in Hagerstown/Chambersburg/Waynesboro - MD/PA and is the oldest and most powerful station in Maryland serving 53 counties in 4 different states. In Harrisonburg, VA, WSVA, with its mix of talk, local news and information and sports, remains one of America's most popular AM stations, often ranking at, or near the top of the local ratings.
