OMT Technologies and Amb-OS would like to announce new features for Christian Broadcasters using the iMediaTouch Radio Automation System and the AMR-100 AMB-OS receiver.
Amb-OS users who have upgraded to the latest UI developed for the AMR-100 receiver can now configure a Category setting on programs that are delivered by the receiver. The category information is saved as cart chunk data on the audio files, and the iMediaTouch Auto Import module automatically ingests the files into specific categories inside the automation system’s database, as well as assigning cart numbers.
“The integration of iMediaImport and the Amb-OS system has allowed our stations to divert over 10 hours a week in payroll to other departments in the stations. Because of budget constraints, we all wear multiple hats and this has essentially removed one of those hats, freeing us to devote time to other areas. The cooperation between the teams at OMT and Amb-OS has been wonderful.
