Our toll free phone and email support provides your station with the flexibility and comfort of knowing that one of our experienced Support Staff is always there when you need them!

Our Support Department provides an excellent portal through the Internet, with easy access to answers and tips for your questions or problems. Help files, product manuals, knowledge base, Tech Tips and current release notes are all accessible through the Internet! Or, download our free ground-breaking iMediaPowerSupport Menu software that ties all these services into one!

Essential Plus
For customers wanting fast response times, multiple designated contacts, telephone, and remote desktop support (Webex). Essential Plus Plan includes:

  • Private FTP account provided for easy access to maintenance releases and point upgrades
  • Designated contact – One person and one alternate from the station or radio group.
  • Business Hour phone support: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm CST.
  • Business hours response objective – Same business day – 1 hour objective featuring emergency off-air; next available technician.
  • iMediaPowerSupport Menu is provided to users that allows on screen identification of your computer specification and iMediaTouch software versions, On Line Help access, User Support Forum, FAQ’s and Windows ™ shortcuts for fast diagnosis of your workstation.

  • Free software upgrades for point releases within a version and up to a 50% software credit towards any new version release (credit based on time current version installed at your site)


Premium

For customers wanting full featured support including emergency 24/7 coverage in addition to the Essential Plus support package. Premium Plan includes:

  • Includes all Essential Support services
  • Designated contact - One person, one alternate and any trained subscriber from the station or radio group.
  • Emergency 24/7 telephone support - OFF-AIR only, includes weekends, holidays and after business hours.
  • 1 hour response time objective.


Call-in Fees with no Support Agreement

Call-In Fees for support apply to clients who have not renewed their Support Agreements after the first year of a purchase of an iMediaTouch software / system package. To receive support without a Support Agreement in place, the Client must provide the following prior to receiving support:

  • Fax or email a Purchase Order or provide a Credit Card number
  • Provide Vbroadband Internet access to the iMediaTouch network
  • For after hours support, provide a valid email & call-back number outlying your OFF-AIR emergency.
