To register your software and receive your system password, you
will need to submit the following information:
1- Computer Name: The name of the computer that runs the
software. This name should describe the type of workstation or
the location of the computer (e.g. On Air 1, On Air 2,
Production 1, Studio A, Program Director, Joe's Office).
2- System ID: A unique five-digit number that is
automatically generated by the software. You can find the System
ID on the software Registration window, which appears when you
start the program.
3- Software Name: The full name and version number of the
software. There are several ways to find this information,
depending on which program you are running:
- If you are running an On-Air product, click on the On-Air logo on the top-right corner of the screen.
- If you are running any other product, click on the 'About' menu. (Note: For some products, you may have to click Help > About or Tools > About.)
- If you have exceeded your 60-day trial period for any product and can no longer access the program interface, find the program .exe file, right-click, and go to Properties > Version.
Once you have the above information, complete the form below. The form allows you to submit password requests for two different computers at one time. If you require passwords for more than two computers, submit the form for two workstations, then click Back on your browser to submit the form for the remaining workstations.
* All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
* If you select software that you have not legally purchased, your request will be delayed.
