iMediaTouch can handle any stage of your facilities consolidation plan.

If your stations are in multiple buildings, the iMediaAccess Optional Module for iMediaTouch can help your facilities act as one. Using the power of the internet, iMediaAccess allows you to send and receive both audio assets and schedules across the internet. Stations can share talent and staff from any station in your cluster. Consolidating your stations to one facility is can be a time consuming and costly process. iMediaTouch can empower you to do that consolidation in steps rather than in one large chunk.

Easy to Transition
iMediaTouch has one of the easiest user interfaces in the industry.

On-Air staff can be trained to use the system in a matter of minutes. The various iMediaTouch Modules use industry standards for operation that is common to most Windows applications. Further, iMediaTouch provides in-depth training courses on any of our products that are conducted via Telephone, one on one or a live demonstration via the Web. These training sessions are short, but the in-depth 1 hour classes address all aspects of the iMediaTouch system software, installation, operations and configuration. Instructors will be provide easy understood aspects of the system, using the actual software installed.

Convert Libraries
Whether you are transitioning from a different system to iMediaTouch or starting fresh, iMediaTouch can digitize you music assets quickly and easily.

If you are starting fresh, iMediaTouch suggests its iMediaExpressEncoder product. Using an NSM CD Rom Juke Box, iMediaExpressEncoder can extract over 100 CD’s in a batch automated process. You can even drive the extraction process from your Music Scheduler so that only the cuts you need are extracted. You can simplify the extraction process by letting the music scheduler assign cart numbers and categories to the cuts along with all extended database information.

If you have an existing system, iMediaTouch’s software codec technology will allow you to save time by either using your existing assets or convert them to a new format. We can also retain all the database information by either extracting the information from the audio files themselves or reading your existing database.

iMediaTouch also supports TM Century GoldDrive, GoldWave and Promo Only MPE digital libraries. We can extract full database information from the embedded tag that TM Century provides on the files.

Schedule Integration

iMediaTouch is often a preconfigured option setting on some of the industries most popular Traffic and Music Scheduling software packages. If however you find that iMediaTouch is not on your vendors list of supported systems, we will work with that provider to add support. iMediaTouch utilizes standard ASCII file outputs to do its log merge, so most music and traffic systems can be easily configured without having to get a new release or revision from your vendor.
